What you have is swimmers ear. It is a tight swelling in the inner parts of your ear. It can affect your balance. There are hundreds of things you can do. What I find to be most helpful is to pilfer a pain killer non aspirin and put something warm, not hot newly warm on that base of your neck only behind the affected ear. Make sure it is a dry heat as damp will make it worse. If the pain lasts more than a few days of if it get hard to walk or stand seek medical aid.quit smoking necessitate some tips...?
hey, if you are a regular swimmer you probably hold something that is called "swimmers ear". It is caused by getting wet repeatedly in your ears. I'm a swimmer too, and have had this problem within the past. What you can do to get rid of it is go to the doctor and detail them about your problem, and they will prescribe you a bottle of ear drops. I believe you have to put them in twice a year. Until your ears start to feel better i would wear ear plugs while you swim. :) PS: To prevent this from happening again after you swim everyday put in one to two drop of rubbing alcohol, this drys out your ear conduit and prevents it from getting infected hope this helps, good luck!Is this an ant bite, or a spider...
I agree with Lauren. I used to win swimmer's ear. Putting a drop or two of rubbing alcohol in your ear will dry it out. It works great and I do not get swimmer's ear anymore. this is more something you should do after every time you swim. It won't help the misery right now. You can get some ear drops from the doctor to help beside your pain right now and to heal the infection. The ear drops hold medicine in them.
