ankle problem serious!!?
ok a few years ago
i broke my ankle pretty bad
i had surgery
and had 6 screw put in
well i just help my friend move some furniture
and i put alot of pressure on my ankle
and it hurts really bad
and it looks like its starting to get swollen
what should i do?

Best Answer: GET OFF IT! Put some rime on for 20 minutes then nothing for 20, then fry for 20, then nothing, then rime for 20 etc. etc. If it is still swollen in the morning contact a nurse or your doctor and tell them what is going on. If they tell you to come contained by to the hospital, well, listen to them!
