Sunburn? lost voice? Semi coming up!?
Ok i went to a carnival today, so i screamed on the rides and it was really really sunny! So surrounded by two days semi is coming up.
Ok so my throat hurts a little but how do i gain it back or prevent myself from loosing it in two days? <That be kind of a stupid question hahaha
Also how do i get rid of a mild sunburn on my shoulders within two days? or how can i cover it up?
Also does a light pink sunburn on like cheeks and faces look kinda cute or is revolting?

Best Answer: Rest your voice, talk as little as possible, drink lots of water & maybe some sore throat lozenges too. The sunburn, preserve it moisturised but not overly so & hope it's not so bad it peels- yips! Pink cheeks, cute! Mostly- have a great time even if you Think you don't look your best!!

Aloe Vera works very very well to wipe out sunburn. Also, you will burn easier if your vitamin levels are low. Take a good multi vitamin on a daily basis unless you have a private nutritionist making your meals. Apply the inner gel substance directly to the burned areas, after cutting the blistering layers off of the aloe plant. You may want to place it on a small cloth hand towel or even a serious newspaper towel for ease of handling. It works almost overnight, a second application on day 2 will usually do the trick. As for the voice...give it a year or two with silence and honey throat losenges (cough drops). Lemon and honey will help 2. Give it some to fully recover. There are other suspensions/syrups for laryngitis out at hand but I prefer to avoid them. I tried a belladonna 3x syrup once, but it was a waste of money.
