what should I do my ankle distress?
I'm 46 and i have ankle pain from 2 years ago and i fell from the stairs. then i started getting ankle backache. its been 2-3 years and it has gotten a little better but when i progress out for walking it hurts. Some times it doesn't. Are there any exercises or medicine that I can take to manufacture this better. PLEASE HELP!

I reflect You need to see a Dr and get X-rays or a ct scan to rule out a fracture(after miss reading the x-ray turns out that what I had i've completed up having 2 operations on it in 7yrs) and embezzle it from there Tips for pain/exercises Rest it when you can Heat packs Anti inflammatory cream keep leg still and move ankle within 10 clockwise circles then go anti clockwise, move foot up and down 10 times also use your ankle as an air pen and write words beside it!

Well what I would do is previously you go on walk ice it for going on for 10-15 minutes. Then put a pain relieving creme on your ankle. Elevate it for about 5 minutes then dance on a walk. But don't go on a super long walk, but one that feel just about right. After your walk rime it and elevate your ankle.
