when working out,shoulder cracks assist?
so i just started working out 6 months ago .. but it was just a bench press entity ..i would hear and feel a crack ..when moving my arm up and down. i ignored it at first then it become more serious so i stopped working out because i thought it had to do with joints so i tolerate it heal.
i started again, this time at the gym and slowly it came back ... this time my moved out arm was stronger than my right!! any suggestions .. btw i will get it checked by a doctor but once i have time
