Best Answer: I don't know what you have and I doubt that a doctor would be on here right presently to answer that maybe someone with a personal expierience just close to yours but you can never be too sure so the thing to do would be to not go to school tomorrow because you can afford what ever you have to someone else or there's a chance that you can always be certain as the girl who got diahrreah in school. There are profoundly of details here. I think you should go to the doctor tomorrow. Whats wrong is difficult to answer. Diarrhea can be caused by an infection, colitis (inflammation of your colon), a problem next to your appendix, a hormone imbalance, or something else. It could even be related, in a female to a urinary tract infection or a pelvic infection that can be sexually transmitted. Because near are so many things to consider it will be difficult to figure out what is wrong, without a physical exam and possibly trialling. You should go to a doctor. If it is getting worse or is bad enough in a minute, or you arent sure you should consider calling your doctor immediately and/or going to the emergency room.
