My full body ache and hurts, What shall I do?
I would also like to note that I do do alot of exersize daily!
Since I woke up this morning, my total body was hurting and aching.
It is still hurting and aching in a minute and every time I try to walk, move, put pressure on part of my body or tense my body it really really hurts deeply!
Why is this?
I do do alot of exersize.. I do not feel sick at all, I am my normal self appart fromthe body hurting and sore.. It mainly hurts on my muscles, On my abs, Biceps, Triceps, Thighs etc and when I straighten my arm it hurts alot on the inside of my elbow (oppersit side of the elbow).
Best Answer: Do you have any fever? Most of the time when someone is sick close to this they are having a tempature. It may be possible that you are getting sick in some kind of process with a bacterial infection. If you continue to feel this route in the morning, you need to see your doctor.
