What are some ways to relieve lower backbone headache?
Any good stretches or sleeping positions?? I'm not looking for medicines, just things I can do to relieve the discomfort. I don't know why, but my lower back is extremely sore and uncomfortable. Any thoughts?
Best Answer: Some people sleep on their hindmost, and put a pillow under your knees. personally i think sleeping on your side would have a feeling better, and put a pillow between your knees. Also, heat should be soothing--use a heating pad, or hot hose bottle. They sell thermacare wraps in stores, which you peel past its sell-by date the strip and stick it on your lower back. They warm up and stay warm for up to 8 hours, which is nice to be capable of have on at work/school. Although you do not want medicines--if the pain is muscular (which it probably is), ibuprofen is an antiinflammatory, and will help. best wishes
