what is this agony surrounded by my hip?
when I was a child I suffered from an irritable hip and was on crutches for quite some time. All throughout my prime of life I have suffered with discomfort in my hips that seize aggravated with any physical exertion that includes walking on any sort of incline or uneven surface.My doctor has sent me to x sunbeam 1 year ago and said there was nothing on it to indicate what it be and has now referred me to physio and put me on tramadol 100mg x 4 daily. I am wracking my brain and the internet trying to numeral out what this could be and I am getting to the end of my tether. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?
I should affix that when i went to see a physio a year ago they could not say what was wrong any and suggested that I lose weight as that could be contributing to it. I have since lost 5 stone and now weigh 11 stone and the backache is now WORSE.
Best Answer: I bet I know, and it's pretty simple to "fix". Sometimes my hips get "out of whack" as well. It can be really sore. I was telling an old friend (and ex-football star) roughly this one day, and he mentioned that he also had that problem. His answer was that my hip flexors be "out of alingment" and it had to actually do with my rear legs. WIth that, he picked me up (strait up off the floor) and cracked my back (putting it back into alignment). It be like the pain was promptly gone. Now, whenever they start bothering me I just have someone bigger than me pick me up and crack my back and they stop hurting...painless and inexpensive solution!
