how can i rime my shoulder when i cant find the spot where on earth the rime even touches the niggle?

Best Answer: lee is right but your not limited to just lying down, you can fold the cold pack over your shoulder too;; by the way, you're better sour with a cold pack than ice on the bony shoulder;; you can get them (a) the drugstore for ~$4;; they are a blue gel inside a plastic "envelope"/packaging, they stay flexible within spite of the fact you freeze them;; leave it on for 20 min & it will penetrate thru the shoulder cohesive;; if it's VERY deep, you can wet the cloth you wrap the pack in & it will creep into even deeper, but I would try the dry cloth 1st;; pain relievers help to;; but the BEST thing you can do is to attain it diagnosed before it becomes a chronic condition (harder to treat);; a cold pack is maybe not adjectives you need.. good luck!!

Put ice pack down on towel on bed. Cover near another towel. Position your shoulder on the pack where you are experiencing pain. Stay there for 20 minutes. This can be done every hour as needed.
