What happen if you steal drugs while one on antidepressants?
I've been depressed for a while and my doctor suggested taking antidepressants, but I'm not sure what could happen if I do go on them and afterwards take other drugs (marijuana, MDMA, adderall, LSD, etc.). I don't drink alcohol but it would still be helpful to know. Not that any drug is safe, but unsafe combinations can always be avoided.
Haha I love how some people just assume I do adjectives these drugs. If I ask is because I would not mind doing them. So if you are just going to post DONT DO DRUGS then get out. Also, I cannot ask my doctor because my mom other goes in with me and if I asked her to step outside she will know something is up.
Best Answer: anti depressants when mixed next to alcohol remove the effects of the anti depressants completely because alcohol is a depressant! as for drugs i don't think someone who's depressed should be taking drugs. But seriously people overreact to the mixture of drugs, ive mixed drugs and it puts alot of strain on the heart, so you can do it but it can really mess you up reasearch the drug you want to do and make sure you hold some water with you and you should be fine i've passed out before from mixing drugs luck! x

Hello. I am so sorry that you are depressed. If someone claims that they own never experienced depression, they have not yet lived a life. Anyway, I can think through wanting to free yourself of the misery. But I think mixing the drugs with antidepressants may make things worse. May I please ask what anti-depressant you are taking? I ask because I really rather HATE ssri's as well as the lot of them. My reasons are wise; they use poison, drain your adrenals, and ultimately put together things worse. Also, how is your diet? Sounds crazy, but if you have any allergies that you may or may not know of, it can cause a yeast that goes into your brain, and after causing depression (been there, done that).
