Why am I other so dizzy?
I have these random attacks of nausea at whenever almost every day. It get worse right after I recover from a mild cold.I also constantly feel lousy/tired. What should I do?

Best Answer: Its all about ingestion right and staying fit. Work out more be active and drink lots of water every day and I bet you will be better surrounded by no time.
