How to carry better sleep after medication..?

I just got out of medication and I couldn't sleep for 3 days! I feel tired but when I try to sleep, I basically don't sleep at all! I do sleep, but until 3 in the morning! I know it doesn't sound right but I really do involve help! Any advice? Thanks for helping!
