Lower backbone pain/discomfort?
I've been having this feeling right on my spine, and sometimes to the side of it when I bend my spinal column backwards a little. It's not really painful, but it's bothersome and I don't know how to get rid of it. I would also enjoy to twist my torso every time I wake up, and it'd crack which actually make it feel better.
Is there some kind of explanation for this? Any generous of exercise I can do, or something I can do to help my back? Btw, I'm 14..still pretty young.
