Weird discomfort within my vanished side?
its not a sharp pain but its not pleasant at all. it comes at random times. Itll hurt for a few second then go away then come hindmost a min later. Im a femal in my early 20's if that help. Any idea of what this could be?

You should probably see a doctor to get sure you don't have any underlying bone or joint issues. Sometimes it may just be muscle strain, but you might want to bring it checked out, just to be safe.
