why cant i sleep....?
I want to go to bed around midnight so i can get up early on a morning and be more stirring but i cannot sleep before 4am, so i find myself sitting up watching tv or on the computer until that time coz it annoys me too much to lay in bed for about 4-5 hours until that time eventually falling asleep. it started about 2 months ago. what can i do to either stop it or help it?

Hi I have this it happens to me still often ,but I go to bed at 10 fall to sleep give or take a few 11.30 then wake at about 3 ish run on the comp or watch tv , I have a hot drink and a Kalms now if I wake up that gives me approx 4-5hrs more sleep I am going through the menopause so I think that's why its happening to me also I enjoy a lot of worries about my son to deal next to!!
