Best Answer: It's probably just a state of mind as opposed to a condition. Typically, brain tumors include vomiting in the bundle (so, if there's no vomit, I wouldn't worry). Feeling weird is part of being human (only most nation refuse to think about how chance they feel and pretend like nothing's the matter). When I feel odd, I just talk to someone who is really down-to-earth, and it tends to serve me feel more in reality. I sometimes be in motion through phases where I feel weird/braindead. But I recognise them as just that: phases.
