I'm supposed to drink 64 oz. of Gatorade beside Miralax surrounded by it, and I be told to drink 8 oz. every 15 min. So, does that anticipate 15 minutes from the time I finish the current chalice? Or exactly 15 minutes from the time I pick it up? Sometimes it freshly take me 5 min. to drink the 8 oz. Or does it really concern...
