would leg one shorter than the other inflict this dull pain? because I'm not sure but I reflect on one of my leg is shorter than the other...right seem shorter...I don't know.
Answers: This may be cause by sciatic brashness trauma http://www.gonstead.co.uk/Back-Pain/scia... The representation shows it on one side, but it's on both sides of your body.
Sciatic boldness trauma does not show up on x-rays. If it's cause by a compressed vertebrae, that might be on your x-ray, but since your x-ray be clear, you may want to look at other cause.

If you reflect one of your legs is shorter than the other, you may want to see an orthopedist (bone doctor).
It sounds to me close to it could be sciatica.
The most adjectives symptom from sciatica is throbbing. Most society describe a reflective, severe throbbing that starts low on one side of the final and later shoots down the buttock and the leg next to positive movements.
The anguish is usually worse near both prolonged sitting and standing. Some culture describe the worst twinge when trying to stand from a low sitting position, such as standing up after sitting on a toilet form.
In most inhabitants, the backache is made worse by sneezing, coughing, laughing, or a intricate bowel movement. Bending to the rear can also receive the torment worse.
You may also identify a thinness surrounded by your leg or foot, along near the agony. The poor standard may become so bleak you can't move your foot.
I've have a sharp misery within my backbone, hip, and leg too for around 5 years in a minute. I go to a chiropractor and he in the swing of things me and give me some streches to do every morning and when I hold the dull pain. They seem to be to be working, because I don't own the niggle nearly as much as I used to. He also told me that one of my legs be slightly shorter (not noticable) than the other, which could be cause the aching. I would try a chiropractor first (much cheaper) and if that doesn't lend a hand, afterwards catch a MRI. Good luck! An x-ray can't other see nerves and muscles. This sounds to me close to a pinched gall or a slipped disk within your spine. It creates the niggle within your pay for which lead downward. Sometimes you may quality numbness surrounded by your toes, or simply close to your hip is odd. Seeing a chiropractor may be a better thought, and if they voice they can't do anything, I'd lead to a surgeon, because that's pretty much the simply process to go and get it fixed. Try muscle relaxers, but dont' bring hooked. I've have some natural ones that work sleight of hand. Good luck beside that though. =)
Well, minus much more info, if it's not an injury perceptible to an xray, at hand are loads of other possibilities.
One such possibility is the sciatic rudeness. It'll come and be in motion, gross your enthusiasm miserable. Can catch so fruitless that it requires morphine to trademark energy bearable. Other cases it's freshly an annoyance.

This is a most important spasm of a spasm, raison d`¨ētre in attendance is little that can be done. I enjoy it, and am a runner (along near other sports). I hold to put an rime pack on my lower rear legs when it comes up, and that stops it.

Sounds close to it could be sciatica, do you hold trouble walking at adjectives? Any limping? Does the distress quality approaching it starts contained by your lower rear and consequently be in motion down your leg? X-Rays would not show Sciatica or any other pinched backbone you might own. I would try to obtain an MRI. If X-rays don't show anything, grasp an MRI That should clear up doubts.
I'd catch a second inference. Maybe an MRI but they are expensive. Something have to be wrong. Sounds close to a pinched chutzpah to me... Have you considered a chiropractor?
Yes, shift for an MRI. try getting tentative shoes that are fitted to YOUR foot
