Bruised Toe?

About an Hour ago this 5 pound bottle fell around 4 ft straight to my right toe staple. It be the worst misery of my life span, It have a black bruise on it and it hurts close to hell, It have rime on it right presently, what do i do if the twinge does not shift away, Will the fastener stumble bad?

Pulled hamstrings...how do i ease into it... i did 10 patio sprints today at about 90% ..felt pretty fine?


Answers:    You did right to rime it. Now pinch an antiinflammatory such as advil, motrin, aleve. this will aid near any swelling and the misery. If the cramp does not progress away, aim medical supervision...ie your doctor. More than imagined your post will plummet rotten, but a hot one will regrow.
