Burning achy headache above belly button? What is it?

Ever since man diagnosed near Acid Reflux by upseting my stomach by taking strong Ibuprofen for a few weeks give or take a few a month ago immediately but i've still get this horrible burning achy notion above my belly button roughly speaking an inch up right surrounded by the middle but it's on and rotten and can get the impression rather strange.
I'm in a minute starting to obtain wager on agony next to it above all on the gone side surrounded by my moved out ribs and sometimes better and across the bottom of my rear.
Whats going on?
I'm not sure if it's still my Acid Reflux.
What give or take a few Gastritis or a Ulcer?
Btw i do own IBS aswell.
I'm worried i'm just 18, and upset incase it's something serious.
