Can u still quality tired couple days after donating blood?
i donated blood on sunday and ate jus common foods i munch through...i dont guzzle meat dat habitually jus ate veggies since sunday and drank more wet den usual and it be monday yesterday and today that im premonition existing tired and im not even doing anything jus sitting at home. On sunday i be fine...variety of enthusiastic.
