Does food that is in your body show on a CT scan?
I purely have a CT scan today and I be wondering if food or liquid within my lungs or anywhere else on my body would show on my CT scan. Can some please answer my sound out?
Answers: If you have an abdominal cat scan, food would not show up. IF you have a Cat scan of your lungs and you be wondering if food or soft be at hand, it would show up as a steamy patch.
We are not intended to enjoy food/liquid surrounded by our lungs.
I'm thinking it have more to do beside getting an upset stomach from a full stomach and the contrast things (barium) they sometimes variety you drink beforehand, or it can be injected and nausea can also be exacerbated by a full stomach.
