Down bottom of my spine on vanished hurts!!?

Hey, I dunno how i done it, but the elft side buttom of my spine realy hurts when i sit down and run, and sometimes when i hike. I Gotta move about paintball tomorrow, how can i quieten the backache down so i can run. plz

I think my husband has a broken rib...?


Answers:    is it sharp piercing dull pain? If so, dont run paintball tomoroow please. Thats newly startling. If it ache or anything but its not discomfort that make you move about silent for a couple secss, the cart a panadol or two tomrw.. Also, if your muscles are sore, apply a grill pack.. If your muscles are swollen apply cool pack.. If your muscles rent sore, but its jyst affliction try applying a cool pack
