Exercises to get bigger veins?
i own tiny vein i assume call silk vein that move when injected so after a recent time within hospital my arms and hand looked close to pin cushions can anyone suggest how i can aviod this as i enjoy presently a big agitation of needles and dont want that experience again if necessitate blood took ect how can i go and get bigger more prominent vein?
Answers: Yeah, exercising does relieve, especially shipment lifting.. my best friend have be working out at the gym and surrounded by days gone by few months I've notice her vein bulging out! ;)
