Fell of exercise ball and head is bleeding?

okay i be stupid and stood on an exercise orb, ive done it previously and i could do it but this time it go wrong! necessarily i be standing fully adjectives lost my be a foil for and fell and bang my lead of the tiles!
it doesnt hurt but near is blood running down my collar and my mane is pretty covered, i dont reason i get knock out because here be a bit of blackness but not adequate to say-so i be knocked out, should i be in motion to the hospital even though it doesnt hurt that much?...nearby is not a soul here so would it be okay to loaf for a while anyway?
