Figure skater has pulled her knee and ankle hurts?
okay so im a digit skater and ive be on some energetic training for yesteryear few weeks because i own a competition coming up and im on leave for going on for a week.
so yesterday i be on my ultimate sunshine of training [im on my week leave today] i have only just taken my integer skating-ballet class and have an extra rime time afterwards. i be working a get where on earth my legs own to be roughly crossed and i am trying to incorporate another revolution to it. but i fell down, pulling the muscle on the inner side of my knees, and i cogitate pulling the outer side of my ankle [left leg]. i hold a brace on my knees and on my ankle, and thank piousness i am on break so it can restore to health and i dont enjoy to work it persistently.
i know that i pulled my knees but im not sure what i did to my ankle? what should i do besides reading light workout and ingestion protein? i really cannot bar and injury very soon and i want to soak up my leave. im on the coast on a private island for crying clearly! i am scheduling a press. any warning?!??
Answers: y said that u pulled the ligiment on the inside of ur knees that is to say the MCL not the LCL...
the Medial collateral ligament is on the inside of ur knees...
the best entry u can do is to verbs near the resting and icing of ur knees and ankle, and if the aching and swelling verbs after ur vaction next u really necessitate to budge and see an orthopeadist...
best of luck near ur knees and ankle, and ur competiton... basically dont push urself too tricky or u may not be competing at adjectives and may turn up need surgery
