Fingernail injury?

My 2 year prehistoric daughter get her finger trapped contained by the door 2 weeks ago, the staple be somewhat discoloured after and have be looking resembling it would leak stale. Today partly of it have come stale and its for a time sore and bleeding rather, should i cover it near a plaster so that she doesnt ambush it on anything or capture dirt on it?

I feel on my arm two night ago and it is throbing. I reflect on I sprained my arm. What can I do to help.?

Cover it yes possibly near gauze so that it dosnt attain soggy, Plasters might manufacture it a bit sweaty. Rather use a finger cut rotten a glove and video it around the basis.
