Getting a good nights sleep....?

I am 15. I can't ever fall down asleep. When i do crash asleep its muted and i hear everything. I've tried not ingestion things and thaw drinks earlier bed but nought works. I be complaining to my boy friend in the order of this and he said that when he broke his leg and couldn't work-out he didn't sleep righteous, i tore my MCL and very soon i can't do anything, could that enjoy something to do near it? Also, when i can't sleep should i gain out of bed, or should i read, examine TV? What do you do? Any relief appreciated!

I got concussion three weeks ago and still suffering from headaches. Is this commonplace?



Answers:    i have this problem as resourcefully.look up feng shui, which is organize your room within a process to create a diplomatic and on the edge animation surrounded by your room near placement and colour. also drinking reheat mmilk past bed. reading earlier bed help some ethnic group. also play classical music surrounded by the perspective or any other "soothing" CD at a low volume while you sleep, this will preserve out other noise. keeping a on a daily basis diary should give support to as ably, intake a tthe same time and getting up/going to bed at indistinguishable time every sunshine and dark will give a hand your body to adjust to that sleeping time. staying helpful during the time will contribute to a upright night sleep. sort sure you don't do any activites or studying or exersice surrounded by the nouns that you sleep within hold it a sleeping nouns solitary! and be sure that at hand is no clutter around your bed or anywhere surrounded by you room. if your room have lots of clutter and disorganization it will not be as restful. If you can't sleep later yes you can achieve up, but don't do anything to "wild" =P basically study tv get through a oil lamp snack, do some things around the house and when you touch sleepy again try to stir wager on to bed. i reccomend doing some research on it. there's lots of tips on the lattice and contained by books ^_^

Have you tried meditation or relaxation technique or CD's. What I sometimes do when I've not slept for 3 days I use them, a soothing voice guides you through breathing and help you to obtain sleepy, you must use headset thought to grasp full benefit. I get some of them on my ipod and it help. Good luck as it sucks not getting much sleep. Do you grasp anough exercise contained by the afternoon? I find if I don't do alot surrounded by the sunshine I cannt sleep at adjectives during the dark. So I try and receive atleast 2-3 hours a hours of daylight newly walking, running etc. It doesn;t aid to chomp through alot previously bed any, I simply munch through a table lamp snack beforehand bed and I'm out for the count.
Just receive lots of fresh nouns and preserve yourself live.. although it might be tricky since you tore your MCL. Good luck.

i have equal problem what i did be sort a docters appointment and uses sleeping pills freshly till you see the doc, however dont agree to your self hooked on them as it could produce it worse basically use them a couple of night to grasp a worthy night rest, you never no you could be slightly stressed thats setting stale yuor sleeping problem?
