Hi, I enjoy a doctors appt today for regular route check up zilch leading. Um, But since ive be beneath alot of stress be depress alot. Just not be myself. I wanna know how i can consent to me doctor know i wanna see a psychologist? I dont want him thinking am nuts. But whats the best mode to come around that and letting him know i inevitability to se onee? Any suggestions or comments on how i can do this short him thinking am going nuts. Which am not. I only just would be aware of better seeing a psycologist.. I can update i really want to see one. I only be lower than the weather for a few months immediately and its in recent times getting to me and i be putting it aside and not conversation to anyone of whats going on. Help..
