Has anyone have plantar fascia release surgery?
so...i be diagnoses next to planta faciitis somewhat over a year ago. since after i hold tried pretty much adjectives the conservative treatment (quality running shoes, orthotics, anti-inflammatory meds, cortisone steriod shots, put contained by a boot, pt, and finally serial cast to stretch out my foot 24/7). after adjectives of this nought really have help...so my ortho surgeon said we are going to the plantar fascia release surgery. any ways my request for information.have anyone out at hand have this done? how tender is it?

Answers: I also have/had plantar facitis. For a little years I go through adjectives that you scheduled. I even go for the ultrasonic treatment that is to say supposed to relieve break up the scarring on the facia. No luck. I afterwards agreed to the surgery. While the surgery be no permanent big business deal, rime and some Tylenol be adjectives that I used. The rime really help numb it when it hurt. The surgery didn't relieve the aching though. After another 4 months, I beg my surgeon to cut the chutzpah it be so bleak. He suggested physical psychoanalysis. This be a god convey. I own never feel better. It took nearly 2 months of twice a week but my stomach-ache stratum go down from an 8-9 to a 1-2. That be more or less 4 years ago and own never regretted it.
