Have I been misdiagnosed? I enjoy been in horrible backache for 3 weeks! Kidney stones maybe?!?

I also be getting cold chills, frequent urination next to a shabby stream, and ocassional nausea but never vomitting. I go to my Doctor, he said it be a prostate infection and give me anti biotics, as of presently, not merely have it not gone away, but, it have steadely gotten worse, today, I am contained by so much spasm, that I own blacked out twice. The doctor I visit refuse to bestow me anything for the strain, but I cannot clutch it any longer. I have an idea that I hold be misdiagnosed. Can anyone notify me what you may judge it could be?
