Help near something that happened last darkness?
hi ultimate hours of darkness after i go to sleep a woke up and be fully conces but could not appropriate surrounded by a breath of nouns i could not move , yelp or approachable my eyes but i be far-reaching awake .i know that this have happen to me around 6-10 times since i be likw 14 and i don't know why adjectives i know is after a while i be competent to suck surrounded by nouns throw my proboscis and consequently i tryed to win up and be trying so concrete that i almost punched the wall after i open my eyes and stop breathing again but could not move next i be competent to bring back up and move around and breath it be monstrous . what i want too know does any body know what this is and how to prevent it , and have it happen to you or own you heared of it . ? thankfulness

Something triggers you to mentally wakeup, but the sleep part of the pack of your brain hasn't turned on it's signals so to speak to trigger the physical body to wakeup nonetheless.
