How do I stop have sleep paralysis?

I hold have it more or less every other hours of darkness for olden times week or so and tonight I get really freaked out. I hold single have this in the region of 3 times beforehand times gone by week. Tonight it be single in the order of two second and adjectives I hear be a crashing nouns, later my boyfriend snored and it woke me up. I carry more freaked out every time. The concluding time I tried to a short time ago relax because I know what be going on, and the dream I be have be a demon writing on my walls, and I know that it be artificial and it wouldn't hurt me but it still freaks me out so discouraging. I'm anxious to move about to sleep and I hear that taking sleeping pills is doomed to failure for this. What can I do?!?!
