I would voice more than 1 or 2 a month would be frequent, but frequent can be set to different things to different empire. A lot of doctors will turn by how much the migraines interphere next to your existence and doing your day by day comings and goings. at lowest one a week or more I would mull over. I'm not a Doc but I with the sole purpose enjoy them around once a year and thats frequent to me. Feel better soon!
