sleeping pills. wal mart sell them. listen to relaxing music. i've also read that you shouldn't use your bed for anything but sleeping make happen your brain get confused. they recommended if you play video games to do it contained by a bench and to do your homework at a desk. lol 2am? thts it? i sleep approaching at 3 or 4am...and i dont consider myself have sleep problems..BUT i obtain up approaching 11 or 12ish...masses pills build u dive asleep but inherently, drink hot inbred tea a couple hours previously bed and that should do the trick
