I can't use my arm after an arm wrestle?

So I have an arm wrestle near a guy and we be within a stalemate. Our arms be locked and neither soul could win. I kept my muscle flexed for a appropriate minute. Eventually we give up. My arm be fine and be not contained by any sort of agony. I watch tv for a while and after give or take a few an hour I attempted to pull my arm to assist myself contained by getting up. My arm wouldn't respond. It acted as though it have fall asleep. There be no stomach-ache, and it feel regular. No tingling fell, and the arm could quality things customarily. It newly couldn't move up itself up. This symptom would not budge away until the daytime after that. It be floppy for the rest of the daytime (6 hours). I checked online for what it could be. But adjectives I get be strains and sprains. But those involve misery. And as I said until that time I feel no dull pain at adjectives. The arm repaired itself, and in a minute the muscle is substantially larger than the other one. All from a one minute arm wrestle. Does anyone know what this is call? Or if it be discouraging that it happend?

Popped my shoulder out of place, hurts bad very soon, that normal?

hm...i be only going to vote it sounds resembling a sprain/strain. I dont reflect its bleak if ur arm is better very soon. i indicate u did keep hold of it flexed for a minute so you are freshly buff in a minute. I know what you mingy. I can't use my right arm any after energetic... goings-on...
