I have this unnatural thumping in my right ear?

ugh what is this? i maintain getting this unusual thumping surrounded by my right ear! i in recent times get out of the shower is it cause by dampen or what??

Is this serious? I can't feel my toes after wearing extremely high heels 2 night in a row.?
