I just coughed up a nail?

I purely suddenly started to cough and next a miniute following, I feel something intricate contained by my mouth. It be a peice of a fingernail. Im pretty sure thats perverted.. How do you suppose this happen.


(I dont bite my nail. Thats gross)

Is the pain coming from my kidneys??
