Avoid TV close to bedtime. The table lamp keep you from reaching REM immediately. Try meditate or reading. Don't gain to thinking more or less worrisome things or verbs in the order of going to sleep. You will bring to a close up struggling. Low lights, reheat hip bath, chamomile tea, no sweetener or newly somewhat honey. Warm scent similar to coconut or vanilla will abet, nought fruity: this will see you. Don't exercise close to bedtime, it will preserve your heart rate up and not agree to you rest. Sweet dreams! I other find that reading surrounded by bed make me sleepy, more so if its a boring book!
