check ur food may be ur not intake suitable or ur have a diet that dont game ur body, or u may hold depression, try to do some exercise it relieve ur blood circulation. u could be anemic...i be a short time ago approaching u other tired..turns out my iron be awfully low, immediately i hold to cart iron pills & vitamin b12...it help me out alot..
