I seriously requirements some tips for not smoking ! I haven't smoked since...?

final dark at (a)10pm. 18 hours, this is the longest I've gone for around 10 years. I really want to stay quit. But I perceive the willpower slipping away. I requirement some design for encouragement and what else I can do.
I really want to quit next to no patch or gum or anything and I know I can do it, I merely am have a rough patch. Any proposal from ex-smokers would be wonderful!

Answers:    I quit surrounded by September after smoking for in the region of 34 years. I am 49. This is in the order of the 6th time I quit and the end. I bookish from respectively time I tried and messed up. Take respectively craving one at a time and realize thats newly what they are...cravings..They do go beyond. I finally realize I am bigger than the craving for nicotine. Figure out your triggers are and do what you hold to do to find through those situations or avoid them rather. The solely entry I can speak about you is stay busy. Clean, do yardwork or something to hold on to your mond bad smoking. Another item you can do is hold on to something within your appendage resembling a straw or a pencil because that help some ethnic group. i quit 10 years ago..i started sucking on sugar free candy when ever i have a urge. I would notify myself that i am a non smoker...and would drink plenty of dampen. Good luck!
