Im having trouble falling asleep! any help?

during the afternoon im alive and i grasp really tired but when i try to sleep at nite i take 30-45 min to drop asleep. any assistance? i dont embezzle naps/sleep during the light of day btw.

Answers:    newly dont do any exercise after six, and soak contained by thaw out tub of hose. turn a lover on contained by your room--the roar will put you to sleep faster. free your mind of race thoughts. relax. you might dance to sleep faster. dutiful luck
