Injured toe..will i be capable of run?
ok.so i am 13 and i am starting training for a partially classic within july. i be at my friends house and my pinky toe accidentally get smashed surrounded by a wooden door. It is bruised adjectives over and it hurts to stride (i can stride on it if i put more pressure on the inside of my foot) luckily the hurt toe is not on my dominate foot.but i be wondering if this be going to affect my training any? and how long do you contemplate it will address to stop hurting when i meander?
Answers: As I know, I get friend whose foot have also a same bruise.. What she did be not to cover your foot next to closed -air shoes... i have it in mind, do not wear "sport shoes" , wear, sandal or slipper. it will be much better.
And nearly your training, you 'd better pinch a break until your bruise is ok... do not train at this time, u will build your brise worse...When the red clot on the surface of your bruise become
remove the colour.. it will be ok consequently:)

DO NOT run unless you WILL NOT be capable of run your see. you could lastingly reduce to rubble your toe.
