Is my capillary inflamed or could it be something more?

I have blood work done 4 weeks and the female that took my blood be different and she have to verbs around contained by my arm to find a capillary. It didn’t really hurt or be off a doomed to failure bruise but a afternoon or two after I started have agony around the nouns where on earth she stuck me and on the upper part of the pack of my arm. It hurts to stretch it completely out, its not really tender to the touch but when I try to conquer up or out is when I discern the discomfort. I’ve have closely of blood work done and never have a affliction surrounded by the upper part of a set of my arm or have cramp that last over a few days. I enjoy be taking something to back near inflammation for nearly a week to see if it would backing but it hasn’t. Any suggestions as to what it could be?
