Is super glue dangerous when you put a partly a tube of it in your hands?

Okay, so I'm sitting at my desk and I look through it to see if I can find anything interesting or something to play near. I found some super gum and established to put some surrounded by my foot. I thought it would come past its sell-by date sooner or latter but in a minute my hand are stuck together, is within something that I can carry this super epoxy resin sour near (I have a friend type this)?
