Is this dumping syndrome?

i've only have my cheek bladder removed concluding monday , and the first week of repossession be fine , i have no appetite but i ate as much as i could knob and have no torment. this week i own still get a particularly little appetite,but i'm trying to munch through decent. although, i own stomach distress at lowest once a daylight , and usually more or less and hour or 2 after ingestion , i obtain it again, previously have to budge kind a life-size , aching bowel movement... i know this isn't regular for me and i am not ingestion profusely :

breakfast : sugar puffs
mid am : porridge and honey
1pm: banana , apple and ginger next to ryvita
5pm: fish or chicken next to steamed veg

my diet hasn't changed that much since the surgery , and i typically will devour more.. it can't be the fruit , because i get up this morning , have breakfast and inwardly partially an hour i have sickening stomach pains..and bowel movements... the headache is nearby

is this mundane ?
