I've pulled lots of muscles in body, what can i do engender them not ache?

I've pulled muscles within my chest, triceps, calfs and a bit contained by the tummy. Im expected to play a football meeting contained by something like 4 hours :/
What can i do label my muscles easier to move and not hurt so much. I obviusly still can move, only just want it to be easier.
