Jumped into the pool the wrong way and presently my back hurts!?

I be jump surrounded by my pool onto a round tube and i land, but i guess i turned on it the wrong road. Now its bloodbath me, and idk what happen! It hurts to sit a undisputed mode. and I can quality it adjectives the time! Please Help! This be done on Friday, by the means of access.

Answers:    minor shock to the spine, if you swam allot that hours of daylight since and after the tube piece than the muscles around your spine a short time ago aren't used to man worked that knotty.

You've kindly of whiplashed urself, and strained the muscles beyond their usual tolerance. u mite bring some tablets for any swelling and mite own some stretches to do etc i dont know what to right to be heard except relax, and dont do anything really big
