Kneed contained by the thigh?

i get kneed contained by the thigh twice contained by indistinguishable spot during basketball and its hurts really bleak to resembling tighten the muscle and to hoof it and to do close to anything beside it... soooooo what can i do to spawn it not hurt?? o and its really tight awareness

HELP!! i am always getting serious migranes.what can i do to stop it??

Sounds approaching a 'corked' thigh. (I return with them alot as I do military arts, where on earth sometimes I return with kicked surrounded by the thigh -the same spot- a little times).

A 'corked' thigh, by definition, is in fact internal bleeding or a haematoma (collection of blood surrounded by the tissues) within the quadriceps muscle of the thigh, usually cause by a direct blow to the thigh muscle.

Treatment follows the RICE principle; i.e., REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, ELEVATION.
It say direct pat can be impossible too hasty after the injury.
